The Pollack+Partners Team
Christopher Pollack is the founder and managing partner of Private Development / Master Build / Project Management firm Pollack+Partners (P+P). Since founding the firm in 2001, Pollack has completed more than 100 projects, ranging from $5 million to over $100 million throughout the United States, the Caribbean and Europe. From 1993 to 1998, Pollack worked at private realty fund Brickman, where he started as an Associate and left as a Vice President. From 1998 to 2000, Pollack worked at SL Green Realty Corp., a New York City-based REIT as Vice President-Development.
Pollack graduated from the University of Vermont receiving a Bachelor of Science, with high honors, was a member of Alpha Zeta honors society and a midfielder on the varsity lacrosse team. Pollack attended Harvard University's Graduate School of Design, concentrating in Urban Design and is a NY and CT licensed real estate salesperson. Pollack is a former member of the Board of Architectural Review for the City of Rye, NY. Pollack enjoys spending time with his family: his wife, three daughters and youngest son, as well as playing sports, sketching, reading, landscaping, and outdoor pursuits.
