Black and White House

Located in mid-country Greenwich, this Black and White home includes a stark stucco court façade, board and batten main body and shingle wing. The house was completed on a fast-track basis in 12 months without delays or cost overruns. This project became the prototype for the P+P Private Developer model and is a 2014 Stanford White award winner in Residential Architecture.
