Christopher Pollack

Christopher Pollack is the founder and managing partner of Private Development / Master Build / Project Management firm Pollack+Partners (P+P). Since founding the firm in 2001, Pollack has completed more than 100 projects, ranging from $5 million to over $100 million throughout the United States, the Caribbean and Europe. The results of Pollack+Partners work and extensive collaborations have appeared in Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, Town & Country, Vogue, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and LUXE among other top design and lifestyle outlets. Pollack is a master of the intricacies and nuances of product management, expertly delivering seamlessly orchestrated product on time and on budget.

From 1993 to 1998, Pollack worked at private realty fund Brickman, where he started as an Associate and left as a Vice President. From 1998 to 2000, Pollack worked at SL Green Realty Corp., a New York City-based REIT as Vice President-Development.

Pollack graduated from the University of Vermont receiving a Bachelor of Science, with high honors, was a member of Alpha Zeta honors society and a midfielder on the varsity lacrosse team. Pollack attended Harvard University's Graduate School of Design, concentrating in Urban Design.

Ruhshad Gandhi

Ruhshad Gandhi is a partner at Pollack+Partners with over 30 years of experience in high-value development & construction. Gandhi oversees build operations at P+P, ensuring the firm's quality standards are achieved. He has completed over 60 projects nationwide, ranging from $5 million - $75 million. Prior to joining Pollack+Partners in 2007 as a Project Manager, Gandhi ran his own full-service construction company for 10 years. Gandhi credits his previous experience as a site laborer, lead project manager, and design assistant at Wadia Associates for providing him with a nuanced and unique understanding of the business and its many facets.

Gandhi's addition to the Pollack+Partners team has resulted in masterful work and extensive collaborations which have appeared in Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, Town & Country, Vogue, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and LUXE among other top design and lifestyle outlets.
