Beachside

A modern beach house on Long Island Sound where P+P served as Project Manager and assembled the consulting team including the architect, interior designer, builder, landscape architect and specialty consultants. This project features cement siding, metal windows and a zinc roof to create a low maintenance exterior. It's a 2018 AIA Connecticut Merit Award winner.
